On April 26, 1974, the appellant pleaded guilty to the offense of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit theft, V.T.C.A., Penal Code, Sec. 30.02(a)(1). The court assessed punishment at five years, probated, and set as condition (a) of appellants probation that he commit no offense against the laws of this or any other State or the United States.
